The elegant art of sidesaddle riding is having a bit of a resurgence. With more people needing sidesaddles, both new ones made and also old ones restored, I decided to finally focus on training in this field.

As a registered Master Saddler with the Society of Master Saddlers I've been fortunate to be awarded a Scholarship from QEST, who are the charitable side of the Royal Warrant Holders Association.

This scholarship is a huge help to me and will allow me to attend training at the Saddlery Training Centre in Salisbury. During this training I will be learning about the restoration of old name sidesaddles and will also make a new sidesaddle from scratch.

On this website I hope to keep you all updated with the progress of the saddles I currently have to work on! If you want to keep track of their progress, please consider subscribing to my blog. Many thanks!
